when the phone buds are connected to the phone, the fliptop doesn't easily adapt to the connection.Not worried about the phone falling or spilling out of the case. Although it is perfect fit on the hip, the phone is sometimes difficult to retrieve, especially in a hurry.
The clip and magnetic latch work well for me. Great inexpensive case that holds the iphone 3g very well.
Same with this case. Case seems to be well made. Do not order this case if you plan to use it with the iPhone. I gave it away to a friend that is using it with a smaller Samsung flip phone. However, there is no way it was designed for the iPhone. Sure, I can get into my size 36" inch pants, but if I want to breathe, the 38" is the better fit.
It's very easy to open with one hand and I can pull out the phone very quickly and easily. I've had Verizon phones for many years and never found a case that stayed on and was easy to get into. I recommend this case for anyone. Even when the case accidently spins upside down (which has happened twice) the phone stays in the case. Imagine my delight in getting a MUCH better phone AND and excellent case. It's easy to put on -- even with arthritis in my fingers -- and has never fallen off.
